The Robinson Institute is a village hall located in the center of Glaisdale, which serves as a community hub for various events and activities.
HALL
Multi Function Space – accommodating up to 100 people (seating available) or 176 standing. Stage with both stage and spot lights.
Fully functioning sound system including loop Hearing System (for the hard of hearing) and music station.
Large/small tables and comfortable chairs.
KITCHEN
Large modern fully fitted kitchen which includes gas cooker/hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hot water boiler, kettles.
100 sets of all crockery. Cutlery and glasses.
Table cloths (choice of two colours) and banqueting roll available.
CLOAKROOM
Ladies/ Gentlemens cloakroom / disabled toilet.
PARKING
Including disabled parking and access.
LICENSES
The hall (which is a non smoking building) has a premises licence from Scarborough Borough Council to provide regulated entertainment and the sale of retail alcohol. The permitted hours and further details for the sale of alcohol are available from the secretary.
The Institute also holds ‘PRS for Music’ and PPL licences.
